Part 2 – Subscription Terms, Community Rules, Intellectual Property, and Account Access
11. Subscription Services
Pips for Profits provides subscription-based educational services that may include, but are not limited to: Access to a private Telegram community; Educational market commentary; Educational trade ideas and examples; Technical analysis; Market observations; Educational charts and graphics; Video content; Written educational materials; and; Other digital educational resources. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the educational content made available during your active subscription period. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
12. Subscription Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize the designated payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for all recurring subscription fees until your subscription is canceled. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. If a payment cannot be processed, your access may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully received.
13. Automatic Renewals
Unless canceled before the next billing cycle, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current subscription rate. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your membership. Cancellation prevents future charges only and does not entitle you to a refund for any current billing period.
14. Pricing
Subscription prices may change at any time. Price changes will not affect billing periods already paid. If subscription pricing changes for future billing periods, we may provide notice before the new pricing becomes effective where required by applicable law. Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, introductory offers, or lifetime pricing (if offered) are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or discontinued for future purchases at our discretion.
15. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription fees, membership fees, digital products, educational materials, downloadable content, and other digital purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for: Failure to use the Service; Dissatisfaction with educational content; Trading losses; Market performance; Missed educational posts; Failure to access Telegram due to user error; Internet outages; Device incompatibility; Account suspension resulting from violation of these Terms; or; Cancellation after a billing cycle has begun. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access through the end of your current paid billing period unless your access is terminated for violation of these Terms.
16. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management method provided at the time of purchase. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically generate a refund. If you purchased through a third-party platform, you must follow that platform’s cancellation procedures.
17. Private Telegram Community
Access to our educational community is a privilege, not a guaranteed right. Membership is limited to active subscribers in good standing. We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or restrict access at our sole discretion for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or negatively impacts the community. Removal from the community does not automatically entitle you to a refund where otherwise prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.
18. Community Standards
Subscribers agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Without limitation, you agree not to: Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other members; Share offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content; Spam the community; Promote competing products or services without permission; Solicit members for outside businesses; Post misleading trading performance; Engage in market manipulation or unlawful activity; Circumvent moderation decisions; or; Interfere with the normal operation of the community. Violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
19. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your: Telegram account; Email account; Passwords; Authentication methods; and; Devices used to access the Service. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials, stolen devices, phishing attacks, or your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.
20. Account Sharing
Each subscription is intended for use by one individual only. You may not: Share login credentials; Share Telegram invitations; Allow another person to access your membership; Resell access; Transfer your subscription without written permission; or; Operate multiple users from a single paid subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be engaging in unauthorized account sharing.
21. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Service—including but not limited to: Charts; Educational materials; Videos; Images; Graphics; Trade examples; Market commentary; Logos; Branding; PDFs; Documents; Written posts; Educational strategies; Website content; and; Telegram content—. is owned by or licensed to Pips for Profits and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing contained in the Service transfers ownership of any intellectual property to subscribers.
22. Limited License
During an active subscription, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the educational content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use. This license automatically terminates when your subscription ends or your access is revoked.
23. Prohibited Uses
Without our prior written permission, you may not: Copy; Reproduce; Republish; Sell; License; Rent; Lease; Modify; Translate; Create derivative works from; Redistribute; Upload; Download for commercial use; Mirror; Record; Broadcast; or; Publicly display. any portion of the Service.

11. Subscription Services
Pips for Profits provides subscription-based educational services that may include, but are not limited to: Access to a private Telegram community; Educational market commentary; Educational trade ideas and examples; Technical analysis; Market observations; Educational charts and graphics; Video content; Written educational materials; and; Other digital educational resources. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the educational content made available during your active subscription period. 12. Subscription Billing

22. Limited License
During an active subscription, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the educational content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use. This license automatically terminates when your subscription ends or your access is revoked.

Subscribers may not share any portion of our educational content with non-subscribers. Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination of access and may subject the offending subscriber to legal action where permitted by law.
